Very easy to understand and follow. Increases difficulty in a fast but manageable rate. Working perfectly so far. Very grateful for this app.

I have had great results using this app. The only thing I would improve on is to have a "Calories Burned" section added.

It seems like nothing in the universe is an exact science; I be feeling like perfection exists no matter how unattainable it seems to be regardless of any thing. she can be a cruel mistress; that said, this app is eather imperfect by nature or it's perfect just the way it is; but ofcourse you could clone it or just up date the original some how.... I don't know. It's a general good app for just sit up and I feel extremely long winded right now. peace. I gave it 5 stars at first; but then I gave it 3, just cause it's a great individual app; but it you had every work out even just the basics; but you could still do crunches separate from sit up etc and you could also improve on the ways in which you can keep the stats... the more you improve stat keep it can make it easier on ones memory; I think.

You guys should make more of these, I also have the push up trainer, would be nice seeing biceps or lower body exercises.

The sets are broken down into manageable reps. Great way to work up to your goal!

good workout each time I do it. Good app to use if you want the abs.
