I have learned so much from following your instructions in your videos and I seen the gains I hadn't before, I love and be doing the 7 sets 4-6- rep for bench presses, dumbbell press 7 sets 10-12 reps and incline fly 7 sets, 10-12 reps. AWESOME. I am not doing the arms with close grip bench press, cable curls, concentration curls and the cross over hammer curls. I thank you. Keep it up dude.
