I love this game, practicly addicted to it, I had it on my PS but it crashed and refused to reopen again, so I switched to my phone but it did the same thing, now it tells me request time over retry .... please fix this problem or tell me how to fix it. I really love this game

Don't be surprised if your account gets banned for 14 days without warning and then get a bot auto-reply listing 6 different "reasons" that have nothing to do with each other, and when you ask support, they are not very helpful. The game is fun and I could see it being really fun, but its not worth the headache of getting banned or muted for no reason or for just minding your own business and enjoying the game. It also is hard to advance without PAYING for coins or diamonds.

Out of the blue the app quit loading. I got a message saying I had been banned. When I asked for an explanation because there HAD to ben mistake, they were rude and unhelpful!

Everything was great and it all worked it was a little slow and a few errors but it was find not the whole thing doesn't even load up anymore can't even play it and if it does load chat doesn't work anymore Please fix immediately other than that the games amazing
