My dropbox won`t do anything it just has my photos and that's all. I can`t even move them to folders or can I share them . its so frustrating

There sees to be no way to ask for assistance. Am I missing something? Window10 literally killed my computer so I reversed back to 8.1 however, windows 10 deleted a file which made dropbox no longer work. It says "it must be reinstalled! Unfortunately now it wont reinstall. I want this app, the other apps, I do not like. Can anyone help?
