The lag is so bad that you can't complete the Wanted events, Guild Wars or even chat. I've tried the Wanted event about 15-20 times over the last 2 days and completed it ONE time. The demon just vanishes in the other tries so you have to exit the mission and forfeit the rewards & energy. The only way to play the event is with rush cards and guess what...those cost gems to buy, so they have no incentive to fix it! Customer support is non-existant. I would highly recommend to not even get started with this game. When it works it's fun, but too bad it's broken way more often than it works.

This game crashes after initialization and then it again and again happen before it it tells that additional data after that game crahes help please anyone

Great game! Awesome guild members. BUT support system is practically nonexistent. I am unable to get the newest updates; which has locked me out of the Guild War. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall game several times now without any success. Does not work well with windows.

I love this game soo much

A lot of unnecessary changes weaken this game. Earlier versions were so much better. Go back to old school game play.

There is little redemption to this. and because of that I wrote a list of things wrong with the game, which are, but not limited to... -bad voice actors (mainly because they don't fit with the characters) -not a good or original plot. -REALLY unrealistic EX: everyone can see you pickpocket someone in the third level and no one says or does anything) -the tutorial is very forcing. I really wanted to look at the new gear I got and it just keeps dragging on the plot -crashes within 5 minutes I'd rather play Modern Combat 5(which wasn't that bad) while drinking bleach

Half way thru solo missions, or other waypoint shuts down and reloads, unable to complete dailies due to lack of completion due to said problems. Co-op so lagged out, error, fail to connect or completed before you can get into one. 30 failed attempts and still no completion.

After the new update I cant open any chest bxes so I cant claim my rewards or complete my daily quests.......

very fun well designed game in concept. some of the time this is the best Win store game available... and sometimes this game is totally unplayable... due to a steady and constant introduction of new bugs with every update/micro update that just pile up. some of these get addressed after a ridiculous period of time goes by, some get addressed within a couple weeks maybe if it is a bug in something crucial to the games ability to be played at all. the bugs that alway alway always get addressed the fastest are bugs that benefit the player and would possibly lose them a fraction of thier income flow if its not dealt with... those bugs are nvr around longer then 48 hours... point of all that being, dont expect them to help you, satisfy you, maintain thier game acceptably, or compensate you a tiny fraction of what you lose because of thier terrible coding/maintenence... other then that awesome, well designed, and fun game.

So I play this game on my PC, a laptop with windows 8.1. Loved the game, but lately it crashes every time I try to do anything. It does it after every mission. I pay $70 to get a legendary chest, and now I get an error every time I open any type of chest. On my phone the game is a 9.8, on PC a 5.2

on the armor tutorial screen the arrow is pointing at a blank space and I cant click back or advance forward to the next screen im just stuck on that page when I tried to reinstall it I cant do anything but follow the tutorial and I end up on the same page with the arrow pointing at nothing please help or fix or add a skip tutorial feature

The worst game ever..... constant crashes after every updates. Pay to win game.... even then game company changes your gears frequently.

Cannot update the game. It usually takes 2-3 days for it to actually update which causes your daily bonus to reset. Lame. Co' Op is extremely buggy too. Works maybe 10% of the time. Now we enter Day 2.

Maybe start working at that drop system during missions. Sometimes when I open chests they drop nothing, same for everything that I brake.
