I received my Minc Machine and was thrilled to get it, my die cuts (one package) were also cut incorrectly. I called HSN immediately and they gave me the number for American Crafts who manufactures the Minc. I contacted American Crafts,they asked for me to send them a photo of the defective die cuts, which I did and within just a few days they replaced them for me.

I really like the "dashboard" of products I can horizontally scroll through - with the mouse or the touch of my finger. I get a picture of each item, the price (including sale price), and ratings. Terrific visibility for me. Nice work.

Just love hanging on the couch and experiencing Black Friday & Cyber Monday without the crowds - Awesome App.
The Search & Share feature using Windows 8 Charms is too cool. Was able to acquire items for loved ones and share my wish list.

The whole point of Play is to be able to access the arcade with the app but no such luck - the only things you can do is the Spin to Win.

I love the app, but if I want to search for a particular item (i.e., Lexmark printer), I cannot do it. otherwise, good app. I just wish it were more like the web page version.

Good: Very pleased to see a fully featured shopping app - includes in-app product videos, customer reviews, chat!, and overall provides a very good and clean user experience.
Not to good: Scrolling through the products was sometimes quite laggy. I do not think it was a limitation of my computer since most other apps run fine. Likewise, scrolling through the product details and reviews was also laggy. Please fix this and I'll update to 5 stars :)
