Nice APP

July 2014 version plays m4v and mpg flawlessly. It would get five stars except that it does need an option to display some information. Right now there is nothing -- no elapsed/total time, volume indication, or even the name of the video that's playing. Even with these issues, it's still my goto player when I'm on a tablet. Nothing else comes close for ease of use without a mouse. I've only seen one bug -- when playing a folder, the files are not played in order (at least not any order I can figure out). So when I'm playing tv episodes, I have to play one at a time.

Luckily it was only 1.99. Bought it because it said it could play ASFs. It could not. Also wouldn't play any MP4 file.

The App claim to support .mpg . It does not. When trying to play a .mpg I got a File format not supported error. Some avi's and .wmv seams to work as advertised but it also failed to play one of my .avi files.

This app claims it supports .MOD files and it doesn't.....it may be lying about other formats as well.

Two actions are missing for me: volume and brightness levels. Also why isn't there a progress bar with all the typical information when pause is pressed: time elapsed, remaining etc... finally any chance the MKV format could be added?

Fantastic degree of user customization. Jump forward by any amount - jump back by a different amount - whatever you want. Unfortunately it has one fatal flaw - no time elapsed or time remaining display. There's absolutely no way that I can find to tell me where I am in a movie. The whole invisible thing is carried to the point of stupidity. Without remaining time its useless. Hope the developer corrects this - then it would be one of the better tablet players.
