I have a lot of passwords in multiple files. But I could not get back to the open file if I navigates away. It is completely flat, does not preserve the folder structure so I have to search a lot for passwords.

Downloaded dbx and tried to open from windows explorer and within the app. Both failed. Does not work.

Crashes often, especially when resizing and snapping app. Frequently prompts for password despite timeout settings. Paid version is equally bad.

The app is okay. Pretty lightweight in terms of features. There is no search (which is really irritating as I have a lot of entries); there is no easy way to view passwords (but they can be copied); no support for icons (everything looks the same).

Will not open V1 or V2 preexisting database since the update.
If you use password & keyfile (recommended for security), then get an error. If you use low security, it will probably work, but then you don't need this program if you don't want security.
Nothing else to add since it crashes or gives errors.
Starting with fresh database works, but that is beside the point if you want to share the KeePass file between devices.
I recommend PassKeep.

Well done! I've tried the other Keepass apps in the store and this is the best. I've upgraded to the Pro version

It can't read existing databases without crashing. It isn't possible to empty the recycle bin or disable it, even if I set the option. When I choose not to use a keyfile it bothers me about it every time I launch it. There is no way to pin the database that I want to use so that I can go directly to that one instead of choosing between 'New' and 'Open' every time. It is just a bunch of little things that would make this app worth the purchase if done. I'll be using the trial and will buy it if any of these issues are corrected in the future.

This is a great application for sharing your Keypass 2.x files across multiple platforms via Skydrive or locally on one machine. The user interface is clean and 100% intuitive.
Note to folks who say it crashes: this because you're trying to use it with Keypass 1.x files. This is for version 2.x only.

Works just fine on my Surface RT with Keepass on a USB stick. A little awkward at first but easy learning curve. It is a different interface than the normal Keepass but it gets the job done. So far, I am satisfied.

Cant type in the program. Always opens up search bar and the only way I can type is by copying and pasting. If anyone knows a fix, please tell me.

For some reason, whenever I try to type into one of the fields to create a new entry, the Metro sends the typing to the Windows 8 search program. In order to get anything entered into the fields, I have to type it out somewhere else and copy/paste into the fields. I tried all the usual troubleshooting - restarting the program, reinstalling, checking my mousepad controls, and nothing worked. It's a large enough drawback that I've decided to use an alternative app. Could be great, if not for that.

I want to be able to trust this app and so far it was ok. However your clipboard clearing is not working for me... and I can't have passwords sitting in my clipboard. :( Please fix!

Finally found an acceptable password sharing solution between my Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows RT devices using KeePass, SkyDrive, and MetroPass.
More MetroPass functionality would be nice, but it works acceptably at version 1.0! I'm so happy I'm going to stimulate their economy and purchase the ad free version even though the ads aren't that bothersome.

they added an update to the program that any current databases are not already set up for so once you download the update you cannot open your databases and your loose all your info :(

This app works great and has caused me no real issues. My only gripe (which is fairly serious for my use) is that I can't seem to find a way to view my fields. I store important data in them and need to be able to see them.

Metro Pass is very useful. It maybe could use a bit more polish, but it does the job and focuses on being very secure.

Still not there.
For me it has issues with large amount of passwords (200~) in several groups, scrolling doesnt work properly in such case, zooming in and out also doesn't function.

As with other reviewers, I find this a very nice 1st effort in porting keepass to W8RT. I'm encouraged that its growth will continue. I love being able to access KP DB's on a surface

The onscreen keyboard doesn't display in text fields. If I didn't have the touch keyboard on my Surface I'd be out of luck. I'll use this app again when that issue is corrected.

Does not work with Keepass data bases. It will see the data base but when I put my master password in and hit open data base everything goes back to the main windows8 screen
