The numbers don't highlight and let you know when you've competed a block. It's more akin to doing the paper and pencil Sudoku except you can get a hint. I'd give it 5 stars if the numbers would at least highlight.

Excellent game, the level is great and very easy to enjoy

The game is well done. It allows you to enter guesses and change them very easily and quickly. HOWEVER: as much as I respect their right to advertise, a "Pirates" advertisement pops up and flashes rapidly at you on the left side. Distracting and irritating--and if you are epileptic, possibly dangerous. I try to play with one hand, holding the other hand over the flashing. Very annoying to have to do.

Best Sudoku version for Windows that I've tried. Play is straight forward and most similar to Android mobile apps that I am used to.

I really like this game. It is easy to play and does not need a degree to figure out how to start. It takes me awhile even starting on the Easy Game but I will work my way up to Super Difficult Game eventually. That is part of the fun. I am use to using paper so doing it on the PC is somewhat of a learning curve trying to keep track of the numbers missing in each block. I did it and it was fun! I confess: I had to write down the missing numbers for each line. :)

Excellent mechanics for the solution of a single Sudoku. Could use better career statistics.
Many of their puzzles have multiple solutions (I have screen shots)
Many of their puzzles are not solvable by logic. You get so far then have to guess at a square.
I have done thousands of Sudokus so I kind of know what I am talking about.
The hint feature does not work with 8.1

Sudoku is a great game, but this app is not smooth. I esp don't like that you need to toggle from entries to hints cell by cell. The double click or tap mechanism is a pain and often needs to be repeated multiple times. Hints have to manually deleted.
