This is a fairly good implementation of one-time passwords. I have found that it will often act like it didn't add a new account only to find that when I close and restart the program I have 2 copies of the same account. Another problem is that the screen doesn't always update as expected. It doesn't show up correctly when it uses only half the monitor (split-screen with another app). Still, it does its main task of one-time passwords with no trouble.

This app is the slickest of the 4 Metro authentication apps currently out, but has deep-rooted bugs that make it unusable. (Luckily, this also means they can be fixed.) 1) Does not work with Google because app doesn't use time correction code. You have to close app, set your system clock to UTC, then restart. 2) Boxes cannot be unchecked, you need to click+drag to uncheck. 3) There is no encryption or security on the locally-stored secrets. Better apps like WinAuth encrypt local databases using WinAPI account keys plus additional password protection. I strongly suggest sticking with proven (non-Metro) FOSS apps like WinAuth until ones like this one can catch up.
