It doesn't load anything. It keeps the subjects that I've created, but gets stuck in a constantly loading state whenever I try to enter a subject. The web version and my android app work great. It's unfortunate because I'd really like to able to work on it when I don't have internet, then have it sync back up when I'm on WiFi. Using Windows 8.1

Sorry, I am a paying user, but this Windows 8 app is not usable. It won't even load my cards, once I enter a board. Got stuck in an infinite loop in the account login window, while behind it, I was already logged in. I will stick with the web interface. Very sorry to have this experience, Trello is a great product. You need to put this app in Trello and start squashing these bugs.

I LOVE Trello! I hate this app! Why is everything all white? And why are all of the options and menus hidden? Why does Trello look different on my home PC (the white sucky version) than it does on my office computer (the blue familiar version. Both are running windows 8.1. If you want to maintain fluidity across platforms then they should all look and feel the same. Once again I love Trello and I hate this app!

This app is difficult to use and sometimes counterintuitive. Very confusing to add another list or a checklist, very confusing to archive and delete cards and objects. My advice is to just use the website. Everything on the site is laid out in a much more intuitive way and allows for quick workflow.

AVG removed Trello.exe and I couldn't use Trello.

I use Trello on my Browser and on my mobile devices, the advantages being that I still have access to Trello offline on my devices. I hoped for the same with the Win8 app but unfortunately, other than viewing my lists, I can't do anything else without it falling apart. Any editing to my board (e.g. adding a list, adding a card , editing card details) is usually not registered and, in some cases, causes the app to crash. I strongly suspect it's a syncing issue as I do not have this issue with the Android variant. I sincerely hope they fix this issue as it's more convenient to use the app and not clutter my desktop. It's UI is also decently set up although they need to make the List editing features more apparent. Currently, you need to Zoom out to do so and I only figured that out by chance. In a nutshell, decent UI. UX is awful. I'll still be opening this app quite frequently to see if it is fixed so this review may be changed in the future.

Just disappointing

It works well, but only seems to work when the tablet/computer is online, connected to the Internet.

It is unfortunate that this made-for-Windows-8 app has so many limitations; I find myself simply pulling up the website in a browser because it works much better. For instance, although you can view checklists that have already been added to a card, you cannot add new items to a checklist, you cannot reorder or rename items on a checklist (or the checklists themselves), and although a function exists to add new checklists to a card (whole checklists, not the actual items you need to complete on the checklist :/ ), the behavior is extremely buggy, and when I load Trello in a web browser I typically find duplicate lists. Checklists are a key piece of Trello, but not the only piece; their utter failure to get this component correct seems to be indicative of the app in general. Honestly, I would rather not have an official app at all than have this half-baked imitation which promises convenience but really only produces frustration.

The "sync" does not appear to work well, and does not update all information (I am still listed on the main screen as my original Trello-assigned user name, but the new one shows up in the lists). I love the product, and would love a good Windows touch application. Please keep working on it.
