It is magic how Microsoft can take something as simple as a RSS feed reader and make it totally Windows 8 impossible. Hate everything about Windows 8? Then you will also hate this feed reader!

Can't add categories.

Add Category doesn't work: When trying to enter the title of a new category, you are automatically directed to the Search charm.

First off there is a bug when creating a new feed. If you try typing in the category name box it starts to search. If you paste text in there then edit that you can create feeds. That should be a simple fix. My real problem with the app is in the ui no where does it have a list of my feeds. This should also be easy to fix. If both of those problems are fixed this is easily a 3-4 star app. I cant give more than one star because these are simple things that were overlooked.

I cant add my own feeds! WTF
24 February 2013
It looks promising, but the ability to add custom feeds would make this app awesome.

It only seems to reliably work with the existing feeds (engadget, yahoo). Adding a new feed doesn't seem to work. Typing the feed name brings up the search charm. At least it's free, though!

Good: - It does what it is supposed to, I suppose. Bad: - You can't scroll without using the scroll bar - When you type the name of a category it brings up the Windows search menu, so the only way to name a feed is to copy and paste... - Comes pre-loaded with lousy feeds that I don't want - Poor choice of color - Poor typography practices; if you are going to have an app with a minimalist theme, then please use Segoe UI rather than an ugly inharmonious font (I think it was Arial)

I like it, simple & fast :)
