I think this app really needs palm and arm rejection cause I can't write without my arm making marks on the page and therefore the app doesn't recognize the writing of the stylus because it is too busy taking down my arm as a writing tool.

I am enjoying this since I can write and erase easily and not wasting ink or paper on things just for me to view. It's not neat but I can read my own writing.

Bamboo paper is the coolest thing ever!

I own the Intuos pen and touch small pen tablet and I am in love with the pen it. It feels so good while writing. It is so sturdy and good. Upon using it with Bamboo paper is wonderful. When I share my screen to my students, it doesn't hang or behave weirdly rather the writing and drawing is smooth.

I've had a largely good experience with this app. The writing style is awesome and feels almost like a real notebook, the pages and formats are cool, and it's pretty simple. However, I have had bad experiences the "clear page" function. On multiple occasions, as I'm writing my hand would bump the screen, and for whatever reason the "clear page" function would activate as a result and then the page would turn. This would end in my entire page's worth of work being completely, irretrievably deleted. So I think this app would be great if the "undo" button worked even after turning the page, OR if the clear page function were completely removed. Heck, even a "are you sure you want to clear the page?" confirmation box would fix it, I think. If that were handled differently, I would give this app five stars. It rarely happens but when it does, it's a big problem.

I love this! I haven't had time to explore all the possibilities but its been a ton of fun.

I found this to be a fabulous app, even though I'm a terrible artist! If you have an ounce of artistic talent, get this app!

The best drawer I've ever been on

I couldn't find the original bamboo journal app for the bamboo dock but this is pretty much the same except constant full screen.

Apps do not allow ample time to use and for the most part understand there operations before asking to give a rating. Creators should know if I give a rating with 5 minutes of opening it more than likely I barely had time to run through all tabs or find things that are not marked. So the rating that I would give it would be low and the chances are I'm not coming back to change it. Its like the waitress that ask you how is food half way into your first bite.

I use it for research and learning, very helpful!

If only it has layers

I think this app is wonderful. You can really express your ideas on there. The only thing I would want change is that you have to pay money for almost everything and you only start out with to pens and one notebook. But besides that I think it's a great app.

Not bad, but the color selection is terrible. Hex picker, please! Even just being able to paste or type in a hex code would be great. It's not my favorite app, but much better than many other free ones. The notebook conceit is cute but also too limited, for the emphasis put on it. I expected to be able to choose from more than a handful of solid colors for the cover.

Only app I can find that is high quality and supports pressure sensitivity for free. Especially good for surface with Wacom s pro pen

Great app! Just would like the paper (lines) to turn so I can write not only when the tablet is horizontal but vertical as well.

easy note taking, combined with a sketch pad. Wonderful for Mechanical drafting notes, making diagrams, and anything where you need to both type and draw on one sheet of notes. Try it out, its easily the most used application on my laptop/tablet.

This app works really well in my tablet, however, I wish it could be exported to other forms also, so that I can access it everywhere.

If you got design ideas then this is definitely for you!

I give it 4 stars beacuase I love it but I just wish that it had writing in it because I don't have a ipad so I use my computer and its hard to write with a mouse.

It is nice for drawing. You can buy additional tools. It is also okay for writing with a stylus.
