Automatically installed when I connected my printer to my network. I thought this was some sort of utility, but it just has a support option that takes you to the cannon website. Total garbage and a waste of disk space.

I can't believe that Canon wanted to charge me $169.00 for software Error.; I refused to pay and now I am unable to buy a Canon Photo program.

Why after all the reviews has Canon not updated this in the Windows store. I can use the google app from my Samsung phone to print but just get a blank screen with a Support icon that doesn't work either

I installed this app years ago when I got the Canon Pixma MX439 Printer, the app STILL does not work. I go to the Canon website to download the driver (since that is the message I always get), and there driver isn't compatible with my Surface RT. EXTREMELY frustrating!

I've noticed many times how the Canon printer has changed in many ways. The photos copied are sharper and more focused than the photographs fed into the Canon. The documents are unflawed in alignment and marks. The Canon seems to care more about the product produced.

Confusing at first. Worth the challenge. The more I delve into it the more I like it! LEARNING!!

Not user friendly and always an issue.

Does nice prints. Ink is way too expensive.

This app is useless. I always click on it thinking I will be able to get into my printer settings to get to print jobs or configure. All this does is tell me my ink cartridge numbers and a link to the Canon website. It really is useless.

Horrible, horrible product. Would never buy another Canon product ever again. I can't print nor scan. Print spooler issue, whatever that is. The documents don't feed properly.

I cannot use this app for anything but more crap to read. I cannot use my canon printer with my lap top. will discard printer and buy another brand...perhaps an American brand,

This is very good that they have this app for this so I can do my school stuff on it!

The app says no driver is installed, but every single one of the possible drivers the website offers prompt my Windows RT tablet to inform me that they are not compatible with my device. This app is worthless.

Does not work with Windows device. It don't allow me to scan, print to my device. It would be nice if it did function like it's suppose to for Windows.

Just installed this on my new Dell computer for accessibility of my Canon inkjet printer. Made sure my printer was turned on, clicked on app, computer recognized device and that's all it took! Thank you.

This Canon Utility is easy to use and has most of the usability for the Canon Printers.

Why have an app that doesn't do anything -- absolutely NO interaction with the printer, just finds it and lists the name...DUH, I already know what printer I have. I just want to be able to send a document to print and do scans from this stupid app and it does NEITHER. Why does this app even exist!

I didn't to go through this bunch of crap with Windows Vista or 7. More invasion of my privacy..so screw you Canon!!!
