I have bought hundreds of dollars worth of comics (Sales and Standard over the past four years). Android? Perfect. Windows? Embarrassing. Inability to download comics (far too slow [days per ISSUE] and restarts during those days. Good luck on getting one download). Horrible functionality; no saving the page where you were, no options on reading [can't choose full page before the next page]. How hard is it to COPY the android application to Windows? This isn't a "free" app. We are actual customers who purchase each issue and these imbecilic developers can't do a simple task? Fix the problems. Comixology was a huge reason I purchased a Surface Pro 3 and the app is****. Oh, I emailed support off of the main site, response said they would work on the issues. Three months have passed and the **** is rotting. PS: Is the plan to get users to buy an IPAD solely for comixology? Guess what, no more Windows tablets.

Will this ever get an update? The iOS, web, and Android versions are all really great, but the Windows version is hardly usable. There is no archive option, purchasing fails often, downloading is super slow and often hangs. I've had to reinstall too many times., and nothing has changed in well over 18 months.

Beautiful reader, but constant bugs really bring this app down. You ALWAYS have to install and then reinstall when your comics mysteriously disappear. I'm truly shocked this hasn't been fixed yet.

Doesn't work 85% of the time. The only part that does work is launching the app and even that requires the occasional restart. Otherwise mine has completely stopped downloading my books so it's useless.

Comics won't download, it won't load any comics. This app works fine on android but on Microsoft it sucks hard.

This is the most non intuitive thing I've ever tried to use. I prefer reading comics on my phone because this app is so damn terrible. Can't find my books/smart lists, impossible to find a menu. Junk. Total junk.

I have downloaded comics only to have them disappear the next time I load this app....This app needs a patch!!!

Have to reinstall weekly to view download new comics. Clicking download does nothing and locks the app up never progressing anywhere. Also, if the download issue is fixed, organization is non-existent. I used to get angry at the iOS version for only being able to organize by Series Title and not having subfolders etc. The Windows version doesn't even group them by series. It puts every single last comic you've purchased and/or downloaded into "cloud" or "device" and sorts them only by purchase date. If you want to read a complete run you're left quick scrolling through 10's-100's of other comics in between. It's almost faster to look the issues up through the store function and open them that way. No noticeable changes made since I bought my Surface 3 in May. Sad that it's this poor. If I wasn't so determined to pay for my digital comics to keep the medium alive, cbr readers like Cover provide a far smoother experience.

This would be great if I didn't have to uninstall and install app. Once that is done and the comic is on device it works great. Please fix.

It is still unusable. I can't open my downloaded comics after while. It shows a black screen, and then crashed.

The reader itself is great when it works. The app is terrible. It works 30% of the time, always taking forever to load if it does at all. It's difficult to get to My Comics, always directs me to the store first. I usually uninstall and reinstall it EVERY SINGLE TIME I want to actually use it.

Used this app when I had Android...worked great. I found my old login info, logged in and couldn't buy comics when I updated my payment info, yet I was able to download 21 free comics...wow, this really bites.

Decent comic book reader when it wants to be. However buying comics from the store is like pulling teeth. My downloaded comics occasionally disappear and the app won't let me re-download unless I uninstall/reinstall. This is crazy frustrating. My Surface Pro 3 is the only device I use to read comics. Unfortunately this app is the only app to buy/read comics and IT'S MAKING ME WANT TO QUIT READING COMIC BOOKS. Who knows how many sales they've lost from Surface users because of this app? Gahhh!

This is an okay app for comics. The main problem I have with this app is that it will not download my comics much of the time. I have to uninstall then reinstall the app each time I want to download a new comic.

this make it in operable with the surface pro 3. there password system needs a update, why can't I use special characters? why do I HAVE to have a number and a capital? get with the program no one uses the shift key anymore. autocorrect does it for you. the only good thing was that everything was organized by series, but that is ruined when you can't buy the entire series... in one go. would be very use full for magna and the like...

So I thought I would try this app as an alternative to reading print copies and wanted it to be on my tablet as it's easier to see the panels. I have tried twice to set up an account and male a purchase however have not been able to do so. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but in the account screen it keeps telling me that my email is already registered. How can this be? I wasn't able to set up an account so how is my email registered? I'm going to uninstall the app since it seems like no one that runs this crap has any answers or ideas. What a horrible product. Windows apps are simply the worst

Nearly always broken, requires constant uninstalling and reinstalling. Comixology in no small way showing Windows users what they think of them.

Won't let me see, download, or read the comics I have in my account. Just shows the "Featured" tab to sell me more comics I can't read in the app.

Directed panel reading is not always accurate. On a two page spread it flowed down the page instead of in the correct panel order. Worked fine otherwise. Easy to find and buy your comics.

This app is an embarrassment. It is buggy, has an awkward user interface and it is missing a lot of features available in the iOS and android versions. The tech support from Comixology only offer you the option uninstall/reinstall as a solution to the app unresponsiveness or ask you to go on the windows registry, which normal users shouldn't be messing with. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

If you love comics, this is a must have app.

I hate this app because there is no free comics

Deletes comics randomly, downloading is erratic and error-prone, and there's no portrait mode. Shamefully bad development.

The app is decent. The reader gets an A++ for being great and easy to use. The app itself for searching and downloading comics is horrible. I constantly have trouble getting the comics to download, and reading them offline is horrible even though they are downloaded. Once the comic is loaded though, its a great experience.

This app worked great at first, but for whatever reason I can't download my comics from the cloud! It just spins and loops with absolutely nothing happening. I know the priority is iOS and Android, but please fix and improve this app. There are more Surface users then you think.
