GPMusic will not play any of my music files. What a worthless app!

it wont let me play music, I already have an account and I have never had an issue before now. but I am connected to the internet and its saying I'm connected to another devise. so what? I paid for the songs, why should I be limited on when and how I listen to them? they are my songs. I should also be able to use my songs for videos I'm making and other things, but for some reason I don't own my songs enough...? this is ridiculous. may as well by a CD and download that on my computer. so disappointed.
