This app is perfect! I would very strongly recommend this for anybody learning guitar (and will definitely tell my students, if they have a computer/smartphone to get this app). An objective list of pros/cons: Pros: Big, easy-to-read charts Very intuitive & aesthetically pleasing interface It teaches you how to read basic tabs (the most important thing for any guitarist) It has a VERY comprehensive library of chords, including Dominant Sevenths, Diminished, Augmented, and Suspended It breaks each chord (A; A6; A7, etc) into attributes like scale intervals (1-3-5-7, etc), notes (A-C#-E-G#) and different names (AM7;Amaj7;A7, etc). This helps much more with learning, and if you know theory, it helps you practice/understand more. It acknowledges that there are thousands of different chords on the guitar, and that the possibilities are endless - the most dangerous thing for a guitarist is to think he knows everything; Cons: Background sometimes blacks-out text Doesn't show barre chords.
