Every time I try to open the app, it crashes.

App will not start, it crashes as soon as it starts. sometimes it wont start at all.

Was a favorite music streaming app, but now is unusable. Keeps crashing at initial load. Fix this issue!

Sometimes this app doesn't start at all. You click it the dashboard appears then it switches back to windows start screen and never opens

It can perform alright, but once I switch away from the app, it is doomed. If I wish to later switch back to it to see who is playing, the app restarts and "fetches the configuration" to then go back to the home of the app. Like I never clicked it. This has been going on for several days now. I wish it would update yet here we are. Please fix. I wont give the app a 1 star review for this temporary setback. because that is just stupid.

I DID enjoy the app, however ever since I downloaded the updated app on my Windows 8 PC yesterday, it doesn't even work. It closes seconds after I try opening it and returns me to the Windows 8 Home Screen.

It would be a great app if it would run without crashing and restarting every few minutes...

I usually listen to either Pandora or Spotify. I saw this and the reviews and wanted to try something different. I am amazed with this Application. Don't hear inappropriate ads or annoying ads every three songs. Plays music from the artist you want to hear.Unbelievable

Wonderful app overall. The only thing I don't like about it is that it does not include a way to change the volume.

Since I updated Windows 8 to Windows 8.1, the App has no sound in any station. Please help!!

Works like a charm and I like the available radio stations.

Opens, fetches configuration then minimizes to tray and restarts. This happens over and over. Tried uninstalling app and reinstalling several times. This app used to work great. Running 8.1

The app is super , I use it every day , but I cannot use-it any more now because of crashing. I am a Win8/WP7 dev may be I can help, I have an app on Store my self so I have some idea of the challenges (diaconu13)

Everytime I click the app it loads for a good 5 seconds than kicks me off!!

3-29-15 I used the app yesterday & today it will not launch. No System changes in between. Solution to this seems to uninstall and reinstall. This has been a long term issue. It seems that they posted the app and just forgot about it or maybe waiting to further develop the app in Windows 10. Either way I hope this post helps other users with the crashing problem. I know this is a temporary problem, but the app will not open. It crashes each time. This isn't the first time this problem has presented itself. I've uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck so it is a problem with the app. Please update. Thanks

I just got me a new laptop & when I went 2 open the iheart app it goes right bak 2 my home screen....WTF

can not get past the opening before it crashes. I have had to uninstall and reinstall prior to get it working. if this is what it takes to get this app to work, then I am done. Would recommend anyone interested in an app like this to pass this by and keep looking!

This had been our go to app when we worked on our pc and needed some music. I noticed today that all the sudden it will not work right and it crashes. It comes on, tries to fetch station and it closes to taskbar. Fix this please. I am giving it 2 due to crash. Otherwise would have given 5 star.

This app is still not working correctly. It won't play more than one song in a row. It plays one song and if you skip or when it goes to the next song it just stops playing. I love iHeartRadio but this app is super buggy. Every time I get on it has a problem.

for the past 2 days it's decided to load, then crash, on both my new Sony touch and new Windows Surface 2 Pro. #worthless

I initially gave this app a 4/5 star on my first review, which was not very long after installing it. However, after having spent some time with it, I cannot deny it a 5/5 rating. It is a free application, with many channels/options, and functions flawlessly. I've not had a problem w/ crashes or any other issue on my Windows 8 Pro OS Home System. In fact, I am listening to some wonderful orchestral music right now, while working and studying. A must have, in my opinion. I heart IHEARTRADIO!

I'd like it to work, it works on my iPhone beautifully. I can't get the Windows 8 app to ever work and haven't found a solution yet.

I can't hear anything on my desktop computer! Please fix!
