Hi Guys - your service and product is great, but your Windows app has some major flaws. I've been waiting patiently for over a year for them to be fixed. I typically have to revert to my iPad as the Windows app is deficient. 1. If you plug in a headset, the microphone doesn't work. So you have to use speaker phone, which creates an echo on international calls. 2. The app doesn't resize correctly in the various snapped sizes on Windows 8.1.
