Nice looking but keeps asking to install app when both device and phone have app installed and see each other. Even free apps should have support links or contact info. Have some pride in your product. Not everyone has a iPhone.

You also have to go to iTunes and download $2.99 app for iPhone. Didn't try it. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't.

no options to upload pictures you can only check mark picturs then no other options ...tried using iphone 6 plus and Samsung galaxy 5...

Don't bother. I ended up using the ip address and it kept copying all the previous photos so when I only wanted to transfer 4 photos in an album it downloaded the previous 200 photos. Worthless.

The transfer fails more than it transfers Photos. Very very very slow in transfering vídeos. Transfer a lot of photos and you're gonna get a headache.

I found less issues with the standard Windows Photo Transfer App vs. the Win8 App version. It discovered all of my photos on my android phone. The Win8 App version only discovered about 50% of them. Also, the standard Windows Photo Transfer App version has a "Select All" feature allowing for easy download. The standard Windows Photo Transfer App version will run on Windows 8.1. Download it from:

I installed this and paid for the one for my android when I get the screen on my computer to pick the albums and see the pictures no pictures load all I can do is click on the albums but nothing happens. I haven't found a way to transfer pics to my computer so annoyed!

This app lost all my iPhone transfers. Then while displaying 491 images on the folder for transfer, when checked, only showed 48. This is with a Samsung GSIII. When I look at the phone, all the rest are there. That's all wired. Tried cable; PC can't see the device. Tried to downloaded new firmware. That failed. The app refused to accept my valid model number of GT-19300. Frustrating and not worth your time, maybe that's why it's free.
Make a better product and charge for it, please.
