This is a good workout. I have been using for two months and have yet to get past the basic set because of my schedule. In order to get to the next "level" you must either do the work our daily or pay for the days you miss. The app will only give you three days you can miss before you must pay or start over.

I just finished my first workout and I love it. after you finish you may feel tired but im sure it will get better. I started out with 1 minute workout but soon I can raise it to 2. download it if you need to workout. if one workout is too hard try your best or skip it until you understand it.

at first I was like ok is this really going to give me a good workout and so far its been good, I like the whole 3 hearts so if you miss a day you loss a heart and if you loss all 3 you start all over and you have to workout a certain amount of days to get a heart back. So on the days (nights) when I just don't want to do it I just tell myself its only 7 minutes and at first it did seem like a lot but after a couple of days its not too bad and I really enjoy it. doing the workout at night helps me to relax and its a great way to end your day and also its free so if you don't like it just uninstall it

This app is fun and keeps you entertained... but, I think you should be able to unlock the other workouts sooner. It takes two months to unlock a new one. It should only take you maybe a couple of weeks. Should also have some workout options so you can know what you should be doing on a day to day basis. Like a suggestion of the workout you should do that day. If these were added it would be the perfect workout thing ever! You just need to keep up with it as it is a challenge.

The workout is not starting, it will just hang on the countdown screen and would not start no matter what you do.

Big fan of short timed workout apps! I rarely sweat but with apps like Seven, I'm breaking a sweat within 1 - 2 minutes. Excellent app. It'll make you feel a little sore the first couple times you use it, usually if you aren't in shape but after that it's great. :) 10/10.
