This is such a good app... So far, it has been amazing. Asking for more would simply just be greed creeping in. It's perfect. One of the only apps that actually makes me want to donate. Not only is it just a dictionary, it's also has reverse kanji look-up. It's really convenient. 5/5 There are also no adds constantly popping up. In fact I haven't seen one!

Thanks so much for this well-done app! It's very thorough, extremely useful. If I were to request anything, I wouldn't mind a few more options in Settings. For one, a dark mode (if it exists I haven't found it yet) would be great. Also, if there was a way to have the option to download other dictionaries such as the Life Science, Enamdict, K. Tomita's Car, and other dictionaries from Monash ftp, that would also be really handy too. Finally, it would be nice if just below the example sentences with kanji were the kana versions of the sentence. The 漢字(かんじ) reading at the end is helpful, but kind of slows down the flow. Even if those requests aren't incorporated, this is still a 5-star app. Thanks so much for making it available to us!

This app allows me to look up new words very easily since with just romaji one can search for a word. The forms of verbs and the broad range of examples make it useful for not only Japanese beginners but advanced Japanese learners too.

This app is a very good Japanese dictionary and it has stroke order. This would be BEYOND 5 stars if it had voice too.

Excellent design. Much easier to use than a paper dictionary. In paper dictionaries, you need to look up word by romanji or kana (so you have to know the pronunciation) or by radical or by stroke count (either of which gives you a large number of kanji to look through. With this app, the search function give you a list of all the different elements that are used in kanji. Click on any of the elements in the kanji you're looking for and it shows you all the kanji with that element. Then click on another element, and it shows you all the kanji with both of those elements. Makes it really easy for even a beginner to look up an unknown kanji. Also has good example sentences, explanations of the kanji that appear in a compound, and English-language searches.

So far I'm very impressed by the concept and design of the app. Unfortunately, It would be excellent if an option of storing words can be added. :-(

Having just started studying Japanese again after a long hiatus, I love this dictionary. It's fast and easy to use and is on both Windows and Windows Phone! I strongly recommend this dictionary.
