I guess I'm not alone, but this APP doesn't update. All my articles are 94 days old. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it didn't help.

The app used to work fine but stopped refreshing several weeks ago. I have deleted and reinstalled several times - no fix. I have a print and on-line subscription but cannot access on-line.

This app is worse than useless. I cannot get this to reload content at all, even after reinstalling it. Clearly, this is a very low in the priority list for the WSJ app team.... their products on the iPad works great, for instance.

Story updates are slow or non-existent (most stories on the Windows WSJ app are 60+ days old). Content and delivery across each apps and online is completely different. Expect much better from WSJ.

I bought the Surface to be more productive than I could be with an iPad. My main use of the iPad became a simple reading tool, in particular for industry and economic information. The Surface has done everything I wanted – this app has done the opposite. The WSJ is one of my primary sources, however if this app is not improved I will be forced to look elsewhere. Primary issue – it has not updated since the day I installed, and there is not means to manually initiate a refresh. The app on iPad is far superior. Please fix.

As others have said, this app does not update. Terrible.

Articles are from over 80 days ago. Tried the refresh key, and uninstall/reinstall. Would like a search function for the articles, if there is one I haven't ot been able to find it

What the heck. This things been broken for 3 months. I'd understand if this was a free app written by someone for fun, but it is a Dow Jones and Company product. Fix it already!

I am working on a Lenovo ultrabook - about one year old. why will this WSJ app not update (from about 2 weeks ago)? I have had more trouble with your app than any other app I have ever used. and my iPhone wont update either - I am left with the article guessing how the vote will come out in Greece - hmmm I wonder. would you please make some changes in the organization and get this corrected. or please refund my subscription and give me a reference to a business news source that is available and currently updated.

80 days now and no updates even after reinstalling

I enjoy my WSJ. I enjoyed it more on my Microsoft computer. Several months ago, something strange, the front page stopped updating. I contacted the WSJ about it in early June (and the support person) and they tried to dismiss it. I pressed and was told they were working on it. WSJ, really, you should be embarrassed. If you need developers who can update the app for you let me know. Happy to provide a competent, caring team to work with you.

This app is horrible. The IPad app is a 5 star compared to this unusable service. I thought Microsoft was the brand of choice for business users - seems odd that a business journal is unusable in business centric device.

It's never a good feeling when an app is abandoned. So the live tile updates. Then when you go to view, the articles aren't updated. But, WSJ Live videos are updated. Let's hope that all will be taken care of by a universal app for Windows 10. I can dream can't I...?

I read that the WSJ fixed this issue earlier this month but after a reinstall there is no difference. Very disappointing.

Front Section won't update--everything else seems to work. Tried all the technical fixes from the reviews. Called WSJ. They were nice. Said it's a "known issues" and it would be fixed in "about a month" and in the mean time I can read it in browser. I said that's not the point--CANCEL. They offered me 3 months free digital subscription to keep me a customer. I took it... for now, and hope it gets resolved quickly. I'm no expert, but I have to think they won't do anything and roll out a new app with Windows 10 release.

Doesn't work with Surface Pro 3. It does not update. Unbelievable that after so many terrible reviews WSJ hasn't done anything to fix it. What is wrong with this company????? This puts your business reputation totally at risk!!!! Please wake up!
