It works fine, but my messages pop out of order on my screen (they don't on my phone) and I was hoping this app would be something like a chat head where I could send messages while staying on the page I'm currently on.

It takes forever to sync my messages from my phone, when it does sync it doesn't sync when I receive a message, the only way I know I have a message is if I just so happen to be near my phone and hear it go off. Another thing it does not sync ALL my contacts leaving me to figure out what number belongs to what person

The app is okay, but it does not always sync all your contacts over, all the messages don't always transfer, and the notifications are spotty at best to notify of a new incoming message. It's a good base, but there's a lot of work to do.

I've only had this thing for a day and a half, but it's already creating swiss-cheese conversations, where only some of the texts actually get downloaded. if I can't get the whole back-and-forth, then I don't see the point of this thing...

I'm glad we finally have this app over the desktop only one. However, it doesn't update, lags behind. Sometimes it shows the newest message on the live tile, but when you go into the app, its not there. I use VZ messages religiously across my devices for personal and work. Need this app tp be as reliable as the android version.

I installed this and it worked great. It synced all my messages and contacts. Then... something happened. All the names and pictures disappeared, so everyone just became a number. Clicking on "Contacts" does nothing. It won't load anything, and acts like it's not a button at all. What happened? And, of course, there's NO SUPPORT that I can find online. Thanks, Verizon.
