I have a Wdcloud on my network and it doesn't see it. My network discovery is on, and I can see my device in my computer yet this app can't see it. - Windows 8.1 RT

USELESS ... It doesn't recognize my drive

It doesn't even recognize my WD cloud, after hours waiting for the files verification tells me no devise have been found. Do not waste your time, doesn't work.

I can see MY BOOK LIVE but the app says the device needs an update, but the app is up to date. I downloaded an app from the PLAY STORE and the MY BOOK LIVE app found the device and let me access the device without any problem.

For people that are having trouble finding their device on RT: go to desktop, go to network (signal bars in taskbar), view connection settings, connections on the left, manage known networks, turn find devices on. 4 stars for no remote access.

This program seems to have a mind of its own. Meaning it works when it wants to. Most of the time it tells me that it can't find any WD devise on my network. When it is working it works well. But it is aggravating most of the time.
